“Konditor make delicious cakes but for the extra large cakes they need to invest in extra sturdy boxes so that the side do not press against the sides of the cake when delivered.”

“I REALLY REALLY miss your carrot and passion fruit cake! I understand the need to compromise on ingredients in these financially challenging times but that was really special, found nowhere else. I miss the tanginess of that passion fruit cream layer and coating. I've tried making it myself. Your one has ruined me for the Waitrose attempt which comes nowhere near. In general you've managed to maintain a good standard and quality but I miss the more adventurous, found-nowhere-else options that were a haven from the overload on sweetness over flavour found everywhere else.”

“I love the cakes but the portions have got smaller and the prices higher so they are now a luxury I only rarely get. Such a pity. I would not mind paying more for larger Portions. The brownies are not as good as the cakes and you can get better ones elsewhere more cheaply. The app does not work properly. Staff are always friendly and helpful in Waterloo branch.”

“Cosy shop with original products! You have to enjoy this type of baked cakes (which is quite creamy, not fine). Besides that, I find the prices of slices of cakes and packed goods expensive.”
